Our approach is a “new view” because it is built on real data collected from different plants where we observed that systems are designed for one condition but operate under changing and often very different realities. This welcomes the repeating failures, unsafe practices, and increasing maintenance costs. Instead of applying temporary field maintenances and repeated equipment maintenance, we study why equipment and processes actually behave and turn the equipment out of order, over time and in real conditions. For instance choose a flare system where operators have used unsafe ignition methods by throwing fireball to lit flare stack or burning pits. This is a highly risky practice adopted at various locations as and when available OME electrical system failed. We recommend to avoid risks by throwing fireball and install a parallel system being a 2nd option which travels the fireball safely for liting flare and pits.

According to our study API pits Pumps repeatedly failing due to wrong selection or low efficiency. Similarly on the running dehydration / CO2 plants unusual problems occurred and operator’s could not achieve required quality may be dew point achievement or CO2 control. Here we have the speciality to analyse such root causes properly in details to provide practical, cost-effective, and long-lasting solutions. In nutshell our focus is not just to fix problems, but to eliminate them permanently by aligning design, operations, and maintenance with real operating conditions either handling the process system / etc to achieve smooth operations of pumps / compressors.
